Eye exercise Stereogram

Stereograms are 3D images hidden within mask picture.
In order to view the 3D image, simply stare at the picture until the image starts to take shape.

How to view them:
1. Hold the picture up to your nose and relax your focus.
2. Your eyes should be focused afar. Do not try to focus on the picture.
3. Slowly pull the picture away from your face, while still maintaining a distant focus.
4. Allow the picture to come into focus.
5. Repeat a few times until it works

Notes
This app does not guarantee recovery of the eyesight.
There are various opinions about the influence of stereogram to the eyesight.
Although it is used to correct visual acuity, it is sometimes damaging the eyes health.

Please note the following.
・Brighten the room and enough away from the screen
・Do not use for a long time
・When you have headache, dizziness, nausea occur, stop use immediately
